Oh to have the wisdom to help this free spirited granddaughter retain the joy and enthusiasm for life that she had on this day. In this particular time there were no worries intruding on her perfect life.
Of course we won't mention that she was wearing her new "fancy dress", given to her by her MeMaw, to romp in the yard with her brothers and other neighborhood boys. What good are fancy dresses left in the closet to be outgrown?
My daughter very wisely chooses her battles when it comes to Miss Parsey's eclectic wardrobe. Parsey does a great job of putting some very unique combinations together.

She is just precious! Memories like this are just great! My sisters, mom and I were making Christmas cookies last weekend and 3 of my neices were singing songs and "performing" to an invisible audience and it reminded me of my sisters, brother and I when we were younger and did the same thing. lol Great photos girlfriend!
